Booking a Room, Conference, Wedding or event at the Emmanuel Centre

The centre has three upstairs rooms (Beech, Sycamore and Larch) that can be booked for events. Two of the rooms can be converted to make one large room suitable for up to 150.
There is a large coffee lounge downstairs, with a kitchen, normally kept free for all users, but it can be made available for specific use if the whole centre is booked for an event.
The Emmanuel Centre has the rare benefit in Battle of on-site parking for up to 54 vehicles, including 4 disabled parking spaces. Both floors of the building have direct disabled access and facilities and baby change units on both floors.
There is a lift between floors to allow anyone unable to use the stairs to use all the Centre's facilities.

Beech Room:
Seats up to 80. Carpeted with comfortable seating which can be arranged in a configuration to suit your event.  Ideal for a lecture, small musical event, AGM etc.  Inputs for laptops. DVD player. Wi-fi  microphones. Triple large (75" and 2x60") TV displays for AV and TV input. Piano and organ. Hearing loop.

Sycamore Room: Seats up to 70. Vinyl floored so suitable for many events including children's events and smaller meetings. Stack-able seating and tables available. Input for laptop. Microphones. Single 47" TV display. DVDs may be shown from a local laptop or from the AV centre in the Beech Room and TV can also be watched independently. Hearing loop.

Beech/Sycamore combined: Seats up to 150. All facilities of both rooms.

Larch Room: A round carpeted room with a beautiful view seating up to 12. Designed for business small group meetings.  Seating and tables may be configured to suit the event. Independent laptop input and 39 inch TV display.

The Rowan Lounge on the ground floor may be booked for events if the whole of the complex is rented e.g. for a wedding, or if no other event is taking place within the building, or by special arrangement which still allows access by others to the kitchen. Otherwise it can be used for breaks or arrangements can be made to provide refreshments upstairs. TV/AV display.
